René is 32 years old and works as a projectionist in a movie theatre. In order to deal with his chaotic life, his best idea was to join the military. That is how he landed in the Alps.

Then an accident occurred during a relatively benign military exercise. A grenade splinter lodged in his brain, resulting in a chronic temporary memory loss, so he always carries a lomo camera with him to store his memories in a personal lomograph gallery. He develops the lomos himself, pastes them into an album, and adds notations.
